Cancellation policy

At Obdu Pharmacy, we strive to offer a seamless shopping experience. If you need to cancel an order, please review the following cancellation policy to understand your options.


1. Order Cancellation Guidelines

You can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it, but you may return it according to our Return Policy after receiving the item.

For Online Orders: You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it has not been processed for shipping. Once your order has been processed, we can no longer cancel it.

For Teleconsultation Services: If you need to cancel a scheduled teleconsultation, you must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an order, please follow these steps:

Order Status: If your order has already been shipped or processed, we will notify you that cancellation is no longer possible. You will need to follow our Return Policy to initiate a return after receiving the product.

3. Cancellations of Teleconsultation Appointments

To cancel or reschedule a teleconsultation appointment:

More than 24 hours before the appointment: You may cancel or reschedule without charge. A full refund will be issued if you cancel.

Less than 24 hours before the appointment: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your order is canceled and eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
