Non-Medical Products: Products such as health supplements, wellness items, and other non-medical goods are eligible for return within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in original condition.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, you are eligible for a return or exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to report the issue.

Wrong Product Sent: If we accidentally send you the wrong product, we will provide a full refund or replacement. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the wrong item.

Prescription Medications and Health Products: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on prescription medications, opened medications, or any products that have been used or tampered with.

2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded:

  • Prescription medications or any other medications that have been opened or used.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If you receive a faulty product or the wrong item, we will replace it with the correct one at no additional cost. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a refund instead.

5. Refunds
